anna's top tips

When glazing donuts, cinnamon buns or other treats, place them on the cooling rack over the baking sheet, to catch any drips (and the glaze than then be saved and re-used.
When baking squares or bars, line your pan with parchment paper so that the paper comes up the sides of the pan or higher, so you can remove the cooled squares by lifting them out by the paper.
