  1. Grease an 8-inch square pan, line with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter, honey and vanilla together over medium heat until it just begins to bubble. Stir in the oats, raisins and Skor toffee bits to coat and soften for 1 minute. Stir in pretzels, salted peanuts, cereal and marshmallows until well coated (it’s alright if the marshmallows melt in) and remove from the heat to cool slightly.
  3. Once cooled to almost room temperature, stir in the M&Ms or Reese’s pieces. With lightly greased hands, press evenly into prepared pan and allow to cool completely before chilling until set, about an hour.
  4. Portion the pan into 18 bars and store chilled for up to 5 days.
