The beautifully fluted shape to this pan was designed for the classic Cannelé de Bordeaux, but I love that you can bake almost any batter in them. I treat this pan as an upscale muffin tin.

Bake beautiful French cannelé pastries, muffins or mini cakes in this pretty, fluted pan.

  • 0.03 inch/0.8 mm thick carbon steel cups and tray
  • Double glazed non-stick layer is FDA grade and PTFE and PFOA free
  • The non-stick surface on the bakeware is safe for temperatures up to 445°F/230°C
  • Avoid using metal tools, or other sharp tools, in direct contact with the non-stick surface to prevent its damage
  • Do not cut baked contents inside the pan
  • Hand wash only. Do not use peroxide, baking soda or vinegar to clean, do not scrape or use metal scouring pads.

anna's top tips

  • The volume of each cannelé cup is about the same as a regular muffin tin, so that you can divide your batter the same.
  • Although non-stick, you should always grease this pan if the recipe calls for it, so that the relief pattern of the pan shows clearly on each baked good.
